There's nothing fancy about this baked good, but hands down it is the best banana bread I've ever sunk my teeth into. Not to mention a great use for those over ripe bananas!
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1½ cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1. Cream bananas, sugar & butter.
2. Mix in egg.
3. Blend together with flour, baking soda & salt.
4. Add finely chopped walnuts, mixing in well.
5. Bake @ 325° for 1 hour, 20 minutes or until golden brown.
